SHIPPING & RETURNS
DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Timeframe
- We aim to process and courier all orders within 3-5 working days.
- Orders to outlying areas may take longer than five working days.
- In the event of unforeseen delays (e.g., out-of-stock items), we will communicate any potential delays.
Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.
- No deliveries will take place over weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Conditions
- To ensure timely processing, please provide a valid street address where someone will be available to receive the parcel between 08:00 and 17:00.
- Our courier service is unable to provide specific delivery time slots.
- If you are not home during delivery hours, please provide an alternative delivery address at checkout.
Shipping Fees
- A flat courier fee of R99 applies to all orders under R750.
- Orders over R750 qualify for free shipping.
Product Pricing
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- The price listed at the time of purchase is final.
RETURNS POLICY
Return Period
- Customers may return unopened and unused supplements within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Returns will not be accepted after this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must:

✔ Be unopened and unused
✔ Show no signs of tampering or damage
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return courier costs.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Depending on the situation and stock availability, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges on supplements.
- If you wish to try a different product, please return the original item following the return policy guidelines, and place a new order for the desired product.
Return Authorization

- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Promotional or bundled products
Right to Refuse Returns
Peak Daily reserves the right to refuse returns if:
- The product is not in its original condition.
- The return policy guidelines were not followed.
