How to Use Our Carbohydrate Powder Supplement:
Depending on your need, mix 1 to 4 scoops per litre of water - this will provide 15 g to 60 g carbohydrates. Use as part of your carb-loading strategy, during extended training sessions, or post-exercise for recovery.
